Here at Healthy Kitchens we offer three types of Electric Juicers:
- Centrifugal Juicers: The Omega 1000 juicers orOmega 9000 juicers keeps the pulp inside and spins it dry like a washing machine. This type of juicer makes the driest pulp and the clearest juice. These do a great juicing job on hard fruits and vegetables
- Centrifugal-Ejectors: The L'Equip XL Centrifugal-ejector juicers spins like a super-speed washing machine to separate juice. As they spin, spent pulp is fed out of the unit into a separate bin, allowing you to juice continuously without removing pulp. These juice hard fruits and vegetables.
- Masticating: The Omega VRT juicer use masticating action to powerfully crush the juice from an wide range of fruits and vegetables (pretty much anything that can be juiced, including wheat grass.) These are quiet, low-rpm machines that perform many other functions in addition to juicing.

Unlike most juicers today that are designed to process fresh fruits and vegetables into fresh juice for immediate consumption, steam juicers are designed primarily to process fresh juice into juices for preserving as juices, syrups or jellies--in other words for longer term storage. A gently steaming process opens juice cells which produces juice that falls into a juice kettle, which is then drained into jars or bottles. We are really careful and only carry steam juicers made with stainless steel, especially since some fruits and vegetables are acidic and tend to eat other types of cookware like aluminum.
