 Every grain has it's own characteristics.  Some grains are really grains but grasses, Some grains have been with us for centuries and some are relatively new.  Each grain when used either whole, cracked or as flour, will add nutrition to our diets as well as lots of fiber.  If there is a grain you don't see below give us a call and we would be happy to see what we can find out about it.  We bring in a semi-load of grain every fall for our local customers, at wholesale prices so watch for our link to it every August and September.  Toll Free 1-888-735-1044
