Warranty Summary
All new products carry their respective manufacturer's warranty. ReStart Computer Inc. is an Apple Authorized Service Center and will handle all related Apple product warranty issues directly. ReStart offers a 30-day hardware warranty on all used products. For all warranty issues, the customer is responsible for bringing it to ReStart. If the product is deemed non-defective, minimum diagnostic fees may apply. Warranty does not cover software conflicts. ReStart Computer Inc. is not responsible for, and in no way liable for, data loss. Please backup any data before bringing or shipping your products. It is a good habit to maintain a regular data backup. For full warranty terms and conditions, refer to individual product warranties.
Return Policy Summary
Please note that Apple computers (including iMac, MacBook, MacBook Pro, Mac Pro, MacBook Air and Mac Mini) are NOT returnable. We cannot do returns on Apple computers or Apple Protection Plans.
New Non-Apple Products - We will refund our regularly stocked products if returned within 15 days of purchase date accompanied with original packaging and in full resaleable condition. Special order items are subject to a minimum 20% re-stocking fee. Additional charges may apply for damaged packaging or missing components. There are no returns on opened software. Customer is responsible for shipping to ReStart. For full warranty terms and conditions, refer to individual product warranties and ReStart's overall terms and conditions on the back of your invoice.
