All Birds not bought will remain the property of the club and will be auctioned off at a date after the derby All money must be paid prior to birds placed in Derby Loft
Cheques made out to Mid Island Racing Pigeon Society Entry Instructions Birds will be accepted June 1st- June 14th Please ensure all birds are drinking and eating prior to entry.
Birds can be dropped off at and/or Cheques mailed to the Derby Loft at:

| Race Rules #1 Six Race Total Points Birds will be based on a reverse scoring starting at 100 points
Payout will based on the total of the six races
Birds must be entered in all six races to be eligible for prize money
100% of entry money will be paid to first 8 positions based on
1st – 28%, 2nd – 21%, 3rd – 15%, 4th – 12%, 5th – 9%, 6th – 6%, 7th – 5%, 8th – 4%
Races will be with the Mid Island Racing Pigeon Club’s Young Birds

(Due to unpredictable weather the Derby Committee reserves the right to change the release time and location) - Race and Presentation of awards to the total points will be on September 13th at Wally Petrovic’s
Prizes will be paid out to 8 positions from this race based on money raised from Calcuttas and Pools (Points from previous races will not count and this race will not count towards total points)
There will be a pig-roast and other food supplied by the club and a no-host bar.
Camping is available on site but please bring your own chair, money and sense of humor.
