The two founders of Draycor Construction bring extensive general and civil contracting experience to the company. Our team consists of project managers, foremen, estimators, carpenters, equipment operators, truck drivers, pipe layers, and an outstanding office staff who all utilize their skills to make Draycor a company you can count on.
We have worked hard to develop a broad network of reputable sub-trades, suppliers, and consultants who help us deliver our projects on-time and on-budget. Services
Draycor is able to provide our clients with a comprehensive construction package. Our scope of services range from land development and road building to the installation of municipal infrastructure. Our projects have encompassed initial subdivision layout, site preparation, service installations, and residential/commercial building construction. We are fully bonded and carry all the necessary licenses, insurance, and other regulatory requirements. We'll think ahead so you can relax.
SITE SERVICING
Draycor’s fleet of trucks and excavation equipment, along with our experienced pipe crews allow us to specialize in site servicing projects. We bid on all aspects of sub-division construction as either a general contractor or sub-contractor, and have successfully completed hundreds of these projects on Vancouver Island. Our scope of work when engaged in sub-development work includes excavation, backfill, compaction, site grading, sanitary sewer, storm water management, site drainage, water servicing, hydro/telephone/communications trenching along with site concrete and paving preparations, and base material installations.

Our commercial scope of projects include designing and developing industrial parks, and the construction of commercial buildings. The Draycor team has the foresight and innovative approach required to achieve project success and save our client’s money in the process. Our resources allow us to exceed our commercial client’s needs and we are ready to take on your project. We have previously worked in sensitive building sectors including the DND and other secure government worksites. We bring the professionalism, skills, and reputation required to build specialized institutional projects.

Introducing Designated Developments, Draycor's dedicated residential construction division that proudly builds quality homes. Projects range from custom built estates, to renovated character homes, to multifamily dwellings. We have been building homes as a team since 1999. During this time Draycor has built sub-divisions as small as 2 homes to as large as 180 homes. No matter what size of project, we have the people, the tools, and the knowledge to ensure we deliver what we promise.

LAND DEVELOPMENT
Draycor Construction has considerable experience in raw land development. Our professionals begin this process by obtaining re-zoning approval, permitting, and design services for the development of a piece of property. We provide all the consulting services required to prepare for the construction phase of your project. When developing land there are many rules and regulations that must be followed. Draycor has been building for many years in cooperation with municipalities on Vancouver Island. We have the experience and network required to ensure your land development project is a success. Each municipality operates differently and we can provide clarity even in the most complex situations. When looking for a company to develop raw land, we have the team you want on your site.
