Commercial Projects

Draycor’s vast construction experience ranges across many disciplines of construction and has engaged in multiple Commercial construction projects. Some times referred to as General Contracting, Project Management or Construction Management, Draycor Construction has built a variety of different commercial projects under contract agreements that have either been Cost-Plus or Lump-Sum. 

 Some of the structures we have built in our commercial construction agreements have been built with concrete, steel, wood and masonry. Combining our experience with these construction materials on many different projects and our diverse ability, we then thrive under the current pressures of the construction industry, being schedule, quality and cost.
